Poor Servive

Went to Macy's at Southridge Mall. Had several clothing items I wanted to purchase. I went to two different counters in the clothing area only to be told those registers were not open. I was directed to the service counter near door. There were several people in line and only one clerk. He repeatedly told us that we could check out in shoes. When he said it the 3rd time I responded, "I have been to two other counters. Both directed me here. I am done moving." I don't know if this is a staffing issue or what, but they really need to get it together.

I have bought Charter club necklace set…

I have bought Charter club necklace set received damaged.returned by DHL and they received the item in 30th April.since then I am writing them emails requesting my money back but they don't care because you can't do anything from Australia.so frustrated.it cost me 182.50 AUD the whole set.very disappointed

Macys bedding is terrible they call it whit glove i call it a disaster they arrived on time opened the truck and there is a dirty used mattress they picked up from someone home it suppose to be wraped in plastic but it was not and my mattress was not in the original manufacture box so i refused it .macys is going downhill .i used to use macys fur vault and it was good untill 2020 when they had an infestation of moth and i lose 2 of my valuable coats .i think macys should close there door already the trust is gone

Costumer service doesn't care about their customers anymore

I would give them no stars if that would be allowed, but I can only put one as the lowest to write this review. I was Macy's huge fan and customer for 11 years. On October 2019 I ordered two sets of plates, the same ones that I ordered a couple more years ago. They came totally different. The quality of them was worse then the stuff at Dollar tree. A few of them came broken and I was super disappointed because I have never see anything like that before. I couldnt return them because they are super heavy and I am after back surgery. In the same order, i ordered some window curtains and I was surprised too, because a whole different style of them came. So I made a return of these curtains, a few days after. I was waiting for my refund so I was contacting them like once a month about it. I Payed my bill so I was waiting for my refund. And ever month when I called them, I asked when they were going to send it and everytime they said in a few days. Today I made the last call to them for the past 2 hours. And I found out that they cannot find the refund and that I owe them 50 dollars. But they don't even know what for. I payed my Macy's bill this January so how come I owe them 50 dollars? I was talking to 5 different people who didnt know English and who were putting me back and forth with them. At this point, I will most likely not get my refund. And I am waiting for the bill, because I still don't know what I am getting it for since I haven't bought anything from them since that October. I have also canceled my account and my foot will never step in their stores again. What happened to Macy's?

I purchased a pair of shoes on line

I purchased a pair of shoes on line. When I received them they looked dirty. I looked at the box and it had a label on the side floor sample and a date of 01.06 2020. They sent me a used pair of shoes that people have been putting on all through covid-19. I got on line and did the chat and the person informed me that I would have to send them back or get charged,so I am. I wanted to include a picture but no way to add it of the shoes and the box. I am so disappointed with Macy's and the customer service. You send me used shoes and I get to spend my time sending them back to you.

The absolute worst place for furniture!

The absolute worst place for furniture.
I bought a dining room and living room set with insurance for all products. Since October 2020 I've been trying to get a replacement for a dining table. I followed their protocols and was approved for a replacement. They've delivered the replacement twice and both times the "new" table had scratches, bumps, and was low quality. It's now April and have reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time they say they're making a note and handling it.. each time the table delivered was scratched up, bubbled up on the top, and low quality. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Awful

Awful, awful, awful. Ordered something from a gift registry and need them to intercept it to stop it from arriving with UPS (I can't since I didn't ship it myself) and I can't seem to get the idea through to any agents that I speak with over the phone. I understand that English isn't everybody's first language but Macy's needs to get people helping their customers who can understand and communicate properly. Very frustrating.

Quality Products Removed

Disappointed to see MyPillow merchandise removed. Excellent quality products made in America, made by American people. We will be the one cancelling our accounts with Macy’s and never shop there again.

Ordered a mattress and adjustable…

Ordered a mattress and adjustable frame, knew it was going to be a while due to this pandemic. After 4 weeks finally got a call to deliver, guys show up with the right mattress but wrong bed frame. Called customer service and they can't get new frame to me for another week.... matress is now lying on the floor to sleep! Have called multiple times with no help from anyone and then got lied to by one CSA only to have the next tell me something completely different. Horrible customer service!

Yes, I believe that you have to as proof that you ordered the item your trying to get the rebate for, just follow the directions on the rebate form and good luck with getting the rebate.

Go to your account online and find the order, click on the order that you placed the dress on, you will see the dress in the order of items and next to that you will see on the right a list and one states 'return' click that and follow the instructions, you will need your original packing slip that came in the package with the dress to send it back, if you don't have it copy the order form from the site or down load it. You will have to fill out a form and return the dress to macy's, it would be very easy if you had a Macy's store near you, they take online order returns or exchanges.

It's probably out of stock or they never had it to begin with, just a ploy to lure you to look at other things on the site, I don't trust them anymore and doubt I will ever order from Macy's again. I get stuck once and I have lost all my faith in them.

NO, Never ever give out your personal information to any business especially after the order has already cleared. NO online company I have ever ordered from has ever asked me for any info as that and I do all my shopping online, I have several packages arriving each day. If not sure about something call the company ASAP.
